Learn how to be a better version of yourself at Women, Wellbeing and Wine!

Leading Australian business and life coach Shannah Kennedy will talk about how to shine in life and live with calm confidence at the Women, Wellbeing and Wine event, run by the West Midlands Group, in Dandaragan on Wednesday 21 June.

Ms Kennedy has written best selling books Simplify, Structure, Succeed and The Life Plan – Simple Strategies for a Meaningful Life, and previously worked with elite athletes and coaches in the Australia’s corporate sport world for ten years.

In her role as an accredited life coach, Ms Kennedy specialises in helping inspire people to turn goals and dreams for life, career and business into reality, and coaches a diverse range of executives, entrepreneurs and sporting leaders.

“I have mastered the art of finding clarity and balance in my life, while also challenging my own comfort zones, committing to relationships, communicating for results and having fun along the way,” Ms Kennedy said. “It is something I commit to on a daily basis, which keeps me motivated and focused and loving what life has to offer.”
Ms Kennedy will share her story about climbing the corporate sport ladder and how she became a life coach to teach her newly found wellness skills.

Directly after the event, she will also be running a special optional Wellness Masterclass for participants who want to benefit further from her coaching skills to become better versions of themselves. The dynamic, interactive skills based workshop will take a closer look at personal values, vision creation, setting goals and your health and wellbeing.

Tickets for WMG members are $45, non-members are $65 and the optional Wellness Masterclass is $45. Tickets are available online https://www.trybooking.com/PUBS
